By placing an order with Kitchenaio, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on our Website. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
1.1 How to Place an Order
To purchase products from Kitchenaio, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18);
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (including contact details, shipping address, and payment information) during checkout;
- Select the desired premium kitchen appliance(s) (e.g., air fryers, smart ovens, blenders) and confirm the order details (quantity, model, specifications) before submission.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email (sent to the email address you provided) confirming we have received your request. This email is not a formal acceptance of your order—we will send a separate order confirmation email (with an order number) once we verify inventory availability, payment validity, and shipping address accuracy. This confirmation email signifies the formation of a binding contract between you and Kitchenaio.
If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., product out of stock, payment decline), we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order submission and issue a full refund (if payment was processed) in accordance with Section 6.
2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Currency & Pricing
All product prices on the Website are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude shipping fees—however, Kitchenaio offers global free shipping on all orders (see Section 3 for details).

3.2 Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving the order confirmation (excluding weekends and major holidays).
- Dispatch: Orders are shipped the day after placement (e.g., an order placed on Monday will ship on Tuesday; an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday).
- Delivery: Standard delivery takes up to 5 days from the date of shipment, regardless of your location (domestic or international). Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays for international orders, carrier disruptions). We will provide a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery status in real time.
3.3 Shipping Addresses

5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Return Eligibility
You may return any unused, undamaged, and unassembled premium kitchen appliance(s) for a full refund within 60 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is in its original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact);
- The product has not been used, installed, or modified (e.g., no scratches on stainless steel surfaces, no signs of wear on control panels);
- You have the original order number and proof of delivery.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized appliances (e.g., engraved smart ovens);
- Appliances damaged due to improper use, installation, or neglect (e.g., a blender with a broken motor from overloading);
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order.
5.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label (global free return shipping applies—no cost to you) within 2 business days.
- Package the product securely (using the original packaging if possible) and attach the RA label to the outside of the box.
- Ship the product back to us—we recommend using the provided pre-paid label to ensure tracking and delivery confirmation.
5.3 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model or color), follow the return process outlined above and note your desired exchange in the return request. 6. Refunds

- Full Refund: If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process it within 5–10 business days of verifying the issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kitchenaio’s liability for any claims arising from your purchase (e.g., delayed delivery, defective products, order cancellation) is limited to the total amount you paid for the affected product(s). We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost time, inconvenience, additional costs due to delayed delivery);
- Damages caused by improper use, installation, or neglect of the product;
- Damages due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs delays).
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
